service needs improvement, location is decent
inconsistent servicelight clean
The housekeeping was not up to standard. i stayed for six nights. the room was only given a light clean. i found the service inconsistent and lacking attention to detail. this is not the level of service i expect. Especially considering the price i paid per night.

I found the location convenient. the green square train station is a short walk. the room was spacious with excellent amenities. the 24/7 reception proved useful. The team stored my luggage before check-in.
during my stay, i noticed the absence of daily full housekeeping. this impacted overall cleanliness because i was there for several nights.

The location is quite good. The train station is nearby, made travel easy. The cafe on the ground floor has excellent coffee.
Housekeeping was terrible. Staff only straightened up the bed and dropped off some towels. There were no other services unless requested.

the hotel is very close to the train line and it is a short ride to the city center. the lobby looks modern and there is a friendly reception. the room included a fridge and a coffee maker.
i found stains on the bedding in my room. the staff said i couldn't move to a different room and would need to pay an extra fee. the downstairs cafe was not open at all .
